RETURN POLICY

Our main concern is to provide prompt and quality customer service. Please report any imperfections or discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchased item, you may return it within 15 days of original delivery date for a refund minus shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee of the full order amount ; or a full value one time exchange for a same priced or more item plus shipping fees. Any exchanges after the first one will incur a 20% restocking fee. Requesting a refund after performing an exchange will result in a 20% restocking fee. A replacement watch will not be shipped until the original watch is received. The restocking fee applies to all cancelled orders whether it has been shipped or not (unless if we do not have it in stock). We do not accept returns on special orders.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, in their original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure any credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; tags and protective stickers have not been removed; there are no signs of wear on the product or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. Note that dings and scratches will happen even if a watch has only been worn for a few hours. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used if a full refund is expected (before restocking fees). Any used timepiece will be refunded an amount equal to what we consider to be its current value with a minimum restocking fee of 20%.

All items being returned or exchanged must have an RA number on the outside of the box. Please request a Return Authorization (RA) number by email only, prior to returning the item. Any item returned without an RA number will be refused or sent back at the buyers' expense.

All returned items must be shipped to us via FedEx®, UPS or ®USPS. We recommend the package to be insured. We are NOT responsible for packages lost in transit. Please insure all returned items for the full invoice amount.

WARRANTY INFO All timepieces sold through Luxurydiscountstore.com will be warranted by Luxurydiscountstore.com unless otherwise noted. Luxurydiscountstore.com will, within the warranty period, repair the movement of this timepiece free of charge if such movement proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damages arising from impact, batteries, straps, bracelets, buckles, finishes, cases, or crystals. It also does not cover damage or defects arising from normal wear, overhauls, maintenance, scratches, accidents, misuse, any alterations, service or repair performed by any party other than Luxurydiscountstore.com. Automatic watches are less precise movements than quartz watches. Both watches will need overhauls if not keeping time within predefined parameters. Overhauls are not covered under the warranty. Damages caused to a timepiece arising from water or moisture, are not covered under the warranty. Warranties are not transferable. Opening the back casing of the watch by uncertified watchmakers voids all warranties. We will reimburse the buyer for the equivalent of ground shipping costs, for up to $15 as priced at www.fedex.com or www.ups.com, in case the timepiece proves to be defective within the first month. We do not reimburse for any convenience fees.

The Timex limited warranty applies to US Customers only. The Timex Limited Warranty and Extended Warranty offer is included within the instruction booklets of every Timex watch we sell.
